Job Description:
Primary ObjectiveResponsible to support the market research operations and monitor key quality metrics of market research projects and ensure compliance with company’s standard requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake all link QC. Check programming instructions, logic/ routing/ design of questionnaire and any other considerations which may affect fieldwork.
Review Project Manager specifications and raise clarifications or suggestions to help with the QC process.
Estimate project timelines and keep Project Manager aware of project progress.
Ensure Project Manager’s specifications have been correctly implemented.
Assist in troubleshooting data or charting issues that may arise during review process.
Track key quality metrics to help measure and monitor performance.

Skills, Knowledge and Attributes:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or relevant discipline.
1 – 2 years working experience in market research or relevant industry. Fresh graduates can be considered.
Strong attention to detail (visual and logical).
Good communication in English (both written and verbal).
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
Possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
A team player with strong commitment to deadlines, who is self-motivated and able to work independently.
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively and work in a fast paced dynamic organization.
