Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.

Supporting sales through coordination of the Partner Excellence Program (cold calling, coordinating with partners), Lead Voice of Customers (getting feedbacks, suggestions, complaints, surveys from customers) and lead pre-qualification in Malaysia
Coordination of the Partner Excellence Program, hereunder scheduling and preparing for quarterly reviews and issuance of certificates
Sales lead pre-qualification and population in Salesforce data mining from AO GlobalData and outreach to customers to obtain up-to-date addressable information. Focus on Healthcare, SemiCon and F&B industry
Other sales support as may be assigned from time to time
Background & Skills:

Key requirements for this role includes :

Business/Marketing major, ideally at Bachelor’s level
Strong business driving skills – self motivated, result-oriented, managing matrix stakeholders, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skill in English
Performance driven – not afraid to suggest/take initiatives and work independently
Customer & team work oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
