Handle administration function including invoice processing, data entry
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
Assist the relevant team in organizing company events, training and festivities
Maintain a satisfied level of customer service with clients both internal and external
Properly handle client requests through responsiveness, follow-up, and escalation
Aid related projects
Any ad hoc task that will be given by team members
Job Specification:

Bachelor Degree in either a technical subject (mathematics, operations research, computer science, engineering, statistics and the like) or in social sciences, as long as the coursework emphasized technical skills (economics, political science, finance & accounting, law and the like).
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
Teachable and possess desire to learn
Excellent and proven organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities; highly adaptable in a dynamic start-up environment
Collaborative, strong team player who can incorporate input from others
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
