Job Description


  • Assist in payroll preparation, management, and payment
  • Update company attendance schedules dailyManaging HR database and calendar for applied leaves, sick leaves, days off, including new hires and last days, performance reviews & appraisals
  • Update company personnel records and HR key documents- and importantly, keeping them confidential.Includes: personal, training, insurance, wages and subsidy
  • Provide operational & administrative support in HR and Corporate activitiesIncludes: visa matters, vaccination programmes, team lunches, team badminton sessions, pantry & office management, etc. Handle the employee experience with clarity and fairness: Performance reviews, compensation reviews, benefits reviews, employee wellbeing, grievances & feedback handling, exit interviews, company policy, handbook and notice updates
  • Hiring A-Z – from organising recruitment marketing, to interview scheduling, preparing offer letters, onboarding, confirmation letters, training, and conduct off-boarding activities.Assist in the creation of job positions – good written English is a must Process and organise received resumes to create shortlists; Conduct candidate screenings Handle the candidate experience with the company and guide the process for hiring managers

  • Good written and spoken English
  • Strong technical savviness – everything we do is online!
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience in HR & Administrative worksAreas covered: Payroll, Recruitment (local, expatriates, foreign workers) Experience in handling the interfaces of EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, LHDN, Online Banking. Great if you have: experience in both Malaysia and Singapore payroll systems (bonus)
  • Knowledge and Familiarity with Employment Act 1955 and Labour Laws
  • Integrity and reliability is a must.
  • Strong motivation and relentless drive to make a difference through your work
  • Proven experience in working with different teams for HR functions.
  • Flexibility to support cross-functional where needed
