Perform accounting works such as data entry, document processing and record keeping etc.
To ensure sales report / purchase invoices attached with all supporting documents according Company’s policy and procedure.
To liaise and communicate with suppliers, outlets staff and others department to resolve any issues / discrepancies by e-mail, skype, phone or in-person.
Need to tally & reconcile the daily sales report from outlets.
Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Ensure the confidentiality of all Company matters.
Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma/LCCI or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience within accounting. However, fresh graduates are also welcomes as training will be provided.
Able to work under tight deadline, meticulous, proactive, multitask in a fast-paces environment and independently with minimum supervision.
